Diane Bingaman

Diane Bingaman, CPA holds a Masters of Accountancy degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. After holding positions with CPA firms in Virginia and Tennessee, she moved to Olympia in 2006. After two years with the local office of a national firm, Diane joined the staff of Landes Mertz & Co. as a Tax Manager. She has a broad base of compliance experience including the federal and multi-state returns of individuals and small businesses. One specialized area of interest is not-for-profit organizations.

Diane is active in the Capital Centennial Rotary Club and Leadership Thurston County. She serves as the Treasurer of the South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity. She belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (Not-for-Profit Committee).
